Merrow, also called serging, is when multiple threads encase the edge to keep the item from fraying. Merrow color commonly matches the fabric. However, to create a custom look, you may choose a contrasting color to tie into your event colors as shown above with an ivory napkin and seamist merrow thread.

Our hemmed finish typically feature a 1/4" rolled hem where the fabric is turned over 1/4", 2 times and then top-stitched down.
