- Net 30 days with approved credit; VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express accepted. All other orders shipped prepaid.
- Returned check charged $25.00.
- Returned check charges will be billed to the credit card number on file.
- Overdue balances charged 1½% per month.
- All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
- No returns will be processed without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

- Restocking fee of 50% on standard sizes for incorrect orders placed by customer. Customer is responsible for shipping return.

- No even exchanges. Everything must have appropriate paperwork and be billed. Credits are issued when incorrect merchandise is returned and inspected.
- No returns on elasticized rounds, Kare-eze® products, skirting, placemats, runners, chair covers, chair cover accessories, tray stand covers, hemmed products, aprons, yardage, or velvet products.
- If Tablecloth Company makes a production or shipping error, we will issue a call tag and correct the error.
